Write to hello@allhotelmaps.com. The form on this page opens your own email app with the address filled in, so nothing passes through a form server and you keep a copy in your sent folder. We are a small team without an office, a phone line or a postal address for visitors, so email is the only channel we offer.

Messages we are glad to receive

Corrections. If an article contains an error, an outdated detail or a broken link, tell us which page and what you noticed. We check every report.
Article ideas. Household puzzles, streaming questions, travel planning headaches and hobbies you would like covered.

What we cannot help with

We are writers, not tradespeople or advisers, so we cannot assess a specific electrical fault, diagnose a health concern, recommend a particular provider for your situation or give legal or financial advice. For those questions, a local professional is the right person to ask. We also do not offer technical support for streaming apps or devices; the provider's own help pages are the quickest route there.

Most replies go out within the week. Messages from readers are always read by a person, even when things get hectic.

Can you look at a problem in my home?

We cannot assess faults or give professional advice. For electrics, gas, damp or structural worries, please contact a qualified tradesperson.

I found a mistake in an article. What should I include?

The page address and a short note on what looks wrong is plenty. We check every report and correct the article when needed.

Will you add my address to a mailing list?

No. We use your email only to answer your message and do not run a newsletter.
